These residences are more than just places to live—they are safe, supportive environments where individuals with disabilities and youth in crisis are given the stability, care, and dignity they deserve. The home we are working at has beds for three youth along with full-time staff support.
Heather Guerin is a seasoned nonprofit executive with more than 20 years of experience leading social service organizations. In her role at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres, Heather has built a new development department whose purpose is to meet the increasing needs of the community by securing the resources that allow MORA to expand its services and serve more people than ever before. Her career has also included leadership roles with EVOLVE Family Services, Face to Face, Haven Housing, and Cornerstone Advocacy Services, where she built strong donor relationships, secured transformational gifts, and advanced mission-driven growth.
Heather holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Bethel University. She lives with her husband of 26 years, her twin daughters, and her two fur babies, King and Peanut, a Shih-Poo and a Maltipoo.
