Our memories are some of the only things that we can count on tak-ing with us. Tony Sasso will share a little of his history, then shift into the value of spending time with family on vacation and exploring the world. He has built his current business on helping folks make lasting memories through world travel. He will also touch on how COVID really put a damper on the travel industry and how everything changed.
Tony Sasso was born in Connecticut, graduated from Boston College, and entered the United States Air Force right after graduation. As a C-130 navigator, Tony had the privilege of flying all over the world. After several military moves, he ended up in Minnesota in 1992, and has lived here ever since. He transitioned out of the active duty Air Force and joined the Minnesota Air National Guard. At the same time, he started working for Northwest Airlines. He has a total of 20 years in the military and 27 years working for Northwest Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Sun Country Airlines, all in the Pilot Training Departments.
Tony is now fully retired from the military and the airlines and runs a very successful travel business called Tony’s Travel Biz. Tony has 2 adult children that both live out of state. Thanks to his airline career, Tony has been able to take his kids on vacations all over the world. With his current travel business, he now gets the pleasure of helping to create vacation memories for other families. His desire to assist others with family vacations is his true passion and the main reason he started his travel business.
